  • Skyler is moving!

    Skyler is trying really hard these days to travel.

     

    Things are going fine here.

    Yesterday was gorgeous - a really nice taste of spring.  Kaden ran around with the neighbor kids all afternoon.  He came in around 5, went downstairs to watch some Sprout TV and crashed on the couch as soon as he had his blanket in hand.

    We're going to our favorite deep-dish pizza place tonight - actually the only one we know of here.  Guess we're not in Chicago anymore!  We can't understand why they don't franchise one of the more popular chains here since so many ND students are from Chicago!

    I was able to get into my mid-size jeans this week - the wii fit is really starting to make a difference.  I'm hoping by summer to get into the skinny clothes again.  Maybe if I keep up with the wii fit I' won't regress again.  One can only hope.  Losing weight and keeping it off is so much harder than just allowing oneself to pack on the pounds.  Life just isn't fair!!!!

  • Gosh, doesn't seem like he should be able to do this yet. Of course it is his grandmother's fault because she hasn't been posting enough to keep us up to date. lol

    What is "Sprout" TV?  I've checked for kiddie viewing on our Direct TV for Kaden. 

     Our home has NO baby/toddler accommadations right now.  Maybe we can borrow a high chair from the church nursery or something...Hmmmm?

  • We're getting a Wii after my surgery.  I'm getting way too fat!  And...life is definitely NOT fair in that respect.  I LOVE to eat.  Think I'll go on South Beach for the next few weeks. 

  • I got the Wii Fit for Christmas and I can't believe it actually works, isn't it great. Have fun!

  • @stepherfly - When I looked at Amanda's wedding pictures I thought you had slimmed down.  I thought right away how good you were looking!  Good job!
