Glad you finally got it to work one way or the other. I get so upset when things don't work especially if they are things that I can't fix.

DIL just called, and said the beef was absolutely delicious. They still have 5 kids at home, and they all loved it! I am going to get two pork roasts--they are on sale here---and try one over the weekend, and save the other for when Ken's sister comes. Love new recipes! Thanks for sharing it with us!!
