My mom and dad arrived in South Bend around 10:30 last night, after driving straight through from Florida. What, do they think they're still teenagers?
They came over around noon today so they could see Kaden. Happy faces all around. Of course, we were in the middle of a distruction process, having our bedroom and kitchen windows replaced and a new patio door put in. I know. I'm crazy. But now I have a screen door on my patio door that I can open! Whoot whoot!
Enough of that. Tomorrow will be dedicated to cleaning. The rain is not leaving the forecast, in fact, it's showing up for the entire rest of the week. It'll be fine, wherever it is. Although, as we were eating our Subway's at the picnic table at noon, we all commented on how perfect the weather was for eating out. Oh well. What will be will be.

It is supposed to rain tomorrow for move in day too... oh well. I will wear a hat, that works.

I have been watching the weather, too. Sure hope the long term forecast gets better for you. For once, I am hopin that maybe we get the rain, and you don't! We have had rain off and and all day today.
So glad your folks made it safely. Know how excited they were to see Kaden-----and the rest of you, too, of course! I am getting excited for you all.
Is it still saying only 20-30% chance of rain though? That usually means it'll be cloudy but we probably won't get much actual rain. At least we can hope!
If you can turn that rain this way and actually get it down this far we will take all you can give! Glad the parents got there with no problems. What is this with having to conquer the trip? I thought that was a young man type thing. lol Take pics of the great-grands with the baby for us. Pics of the food etc. would be nice too. I have one subscriber that puts on the yummiest food pics. Have a great weekend and visit with your parents.
